The Naples ADT order is one 239 call with a ZIP, not a web form
People in Naples, Florida search “how to get ADT,” “ADT dealer Naples FL,” and “home security systems Naples” because they want a monitored system on the wall, not a brochure. This page is the order. Home Security Systems Naples is the local line. SafeStreets is the ADT Authorized Provider that installs. ADT monitors 24/7. Naples homeowners can trust a SafeStreets security system monitored by ADT.
Call (239) 439-6005. Have the ZIP of the house ready. That is the first step. Everything else here is what happens after you pick up the phone. The 239 prefix is the real Southwest Florida prefix. We answer on 239. There is no contact form on this site that schedules a truck.
Three names on the 239 line, and which one stands in your hallway
Three names appear on this site on purpose. Home Security Systems Naples is the local ordering site. SafeStreets USA is an ADT Authorized Provider. ADT is the company that watches the system after install. You do not need a corporate chart. You need to know who stands in the hallway of an Old Naples cottage and who answers if a lanai slider opens at 2 a.m. on a Park Shore condo while you are still in Michigan.
SafeStreets designs the system for your address and professionally installs it. A technician comes to the house, puts sensors on doors and windows — including the garage walk-through and the lanai slider off the great room — tests the keypad, and shows you the ADT app. ADT is not the person in your hallway. ADT is the monitoring company. If a sensor trips, ADT can call you and request help when it is appropriate.
That split matters when you compare companies. A do-it-yourself kit you watch on your phone is not the same product. A camera you check yourself fails when you are at Waterside Shops, on a boat in Gordon Pass, at Mercato, or already on a flight north for the summer. Professional monitoring is the reason to order ADT. The phone number is how you start.
We do not take this order on a contact form. A specialist has to hear the ZIP, confirm you own the house, and say the monthly number out loud. Call (239) 439-6005. If your cell still shows a 239 from a Fort Myers years ago, or a 212 or 312 from the address you keep up north, that is fine. We still need the Naples, Golden Gate, Marco Island, or Bonita Springs ZIP of the house you want watched.
Five facts to have before you dial (239) 439-6005
You do not need a floor plan. You need five facts, and the first one decides the police desk:
- The ZIP. Old Naples 34102 is not Golden Gate 34116. Park Shore 34103 is not Pelican Bay 34108. Marco Island 34145 is not Bonita Springs 34134. The registration office and the department that would be called change with the ZIP. City of Naples Police is not the Collier County Sheriff. Marco Island Police is not Bonita Springs Police. We name the office from the ZIP. We do not invent a fee for a collar city.
- House versus condo. Promotional offers on this site are for homeowners. Landlords who own the property can order. Tenants cannot use the homeowner promotion. A Park Shore high-rise with two doors is not a Golden Gate Estates two-story with a lanai and a garage. Say which one you own.
- A rough count of doors and windows you want covered. Front door, garage walk-through, lanai slider, and the windows you actually open. Old Naples cottages hide a side porch. Aqualane lots hide a dock door. Pelican Bay units hide a lanai. Say it.
- Whether you want cameras. A doorbell for packages is the usual add on Old Naples and Coquina Sands stoops. Outdoor cameras are extra, and some Pelican Bay, Grey Oaks, and Mediterra associations limit them. Monitoring still works if you skip video.
- A photo of any leftover keypad on the wall. Reactivation is often faster than a full replace after a Park Shore, Pelican Bay, or Golden Gate closing. Take the photo before you pull the panel.
If you just closed on an Old Naples cottage, a Golden Gate new-build, or a Pelican Bay unit, photograph whatever is already on the wall. We would rather see a builder leftover than guess at a blank hallway. A leftover keypad is not ADT monitoring until someone orders monitoring for it. That order is this call. Photograph the leftover keypad before a painter covers the hole.
The quote includes a monthly number, a $99 install, and 36 months
The specialist will give you a monthly number, an install charge, and the length of the monitoring agreement. Promotional packages currently start at $53.99/mo* for ADT Secure+. Smart+ is $63.99* and is the most popular. Complete+ is $74.99*. Many plans have a $99 install*. A new monitoring agreement is required — typically 36 months. Early termination fees apply. Credit approval applies. Offers are for homeowners. The full four-plan math lives on how much ADT is in Naples and on the packages page. This page is how you order, not a second price list.
Ask what equipment is included at that price. Door and window sensors are the base on Secure+. Smoke or carbon monoxide moves you to Secure+. A lock, thermostat, or garage opener is the Smart+ conversation. Cameras are Complete+. Do not assume a twelve-camera quote unless you asked for one. Do not assume the $99 install covers a custom camera grid. The number you hear is the offer. A banner on this site is not a contract.
Ask these questions out loud so the quote is complete:
- What is the monthly price for the openings we just listed?
- Is the install $99, or is it higher because of cameras?
- How long is the agreement, and what is the early termination fee?
- Does this ZIP file City of Naples false-alarm paper, Collier County Sheriff registration, or another city’s desk?
- What install date can SafeStreets put on the calendar for this address?
- If FPL or LCEC drops, or the Wi-Fi dies, can ADT still see the alarm?
That last question is cellular backup. It is not a gadget. It is the reason the system still reaches a monitoring center when the power is out after a Gulf storm or a summer thunderstorm that takes a line on Goodlette-Frank. If you skip that question, ask it before you hang up. How cellular backup works on an FPL or LCEC outage is the outage article. The article still does not schedule the truck.
City of Naples ZIPs are not Golden Gate, Marco, or Bonita
City of Naples is a real city with its own police department. Old Naples, Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Royal Harbor, Lake Park, Coquina Sands, The Moorings, and Park Shore are the kinds of addresses that often sit inside or hard against that city line. Those addresses follow City of Naples false-alarm rules under Sec. 20-34. We name that office from the ZIP. We do not invent an annual residential user-permit dollar amount for the city, because we have not found a published one. Do not bring a $15 CryWolf story from another market. Naples is not that city.
Golden Gate, Golden Gate Estates, IslandWalk, The Quarry, Orangetree, and most of North Naples east of the beach are unincorporated Collier. Those addresses register with the Collier County Sheriff’s False Alarm Bureau. The owner files. That is a 2017 change, not a rumor. Marco Island 34145 is Marco Island Police. Bonita Springs 34134 and 34135 are a Lee County city desk. Immokalee and Ave Maria confirm from those ZIPs. We name the office. You file it. Monitoring is separate.
If you moved from a Golden Gate plat to a Park Shore condo, do not bring county habits with you. Registration follows the address rules of the new city. The quote names the office. You file it. We remind you after install. The permit article on this site is the long version. The order is still this call. Call (239) 439-6005 is the contact page if you want the number in one place. There is still no form.
House versus condo changes the openings we count
A Park Shore or Pelican Bay condo with a front door and a lanai is a different job from a Golden Gate Estates house with a garage, a lanai cage, and a golf-cart bay. A Port Royal waterfront house with a dock door is a different job again. Square footage does not set the price. Openings do. House versus condo is the fork after the ZIP because the promotion is for homeowners, and because a board-owned panel in a high-rise is not yours to yank.
Say whether you live there year-round or you are a snowbird. November through April is the crowded season. May through October is when a lot of Greater Naples houses sit empty. Occupancy is the product. We will ask when the house is empty. We will not lecture you on barrel tile or a 1920s porch. We will count the slider.
If you rent the place short-term, say so before anyone talks about a homeowner promotion. Offers on this site are for homeowners. A vacation-rental calendar is not a homeowner occupancy pattern. A specialist will not pretend it is. If you own the house and a family member stays in it, that is still a homeowner conversation. If paying guests come and go with a lockbox, that is a different conversation.
Photograph the leftover keypad before anyone pulls it
Park Shore condos, Golden Gate new-builds, Pelican Bay units, and Old Naples cottages all leave plastic on the wall after a closing. Sometimes it is a prior owner’s professionally installed system. Sometimes it is a builder “included alarm” that never went on 24/7 monitoring. Sometimes it is a dead DIY kit. Those three things look similar from the sofa. They are not the same job.
Take three photos: the keypad straight on, the keypad with the cover off if it opens without tools, and the utility closet if you can see a board. Include the brand. Do not reset anything. Do not call a random 800 number on the sticker and “cancel” an account you do not own. Bring the photos to the 239 call. Reactivation is often faster than a full replace. A builder leftover is usually not ADT until you order monitoring.
If a painter is coming tomorrow, photograph tonight. A painted-over hole is not a reason to skip monitoring. It is a reason the technician may be hanging a new panel instead of keeping the old one. That can still be a $99 install* on many plans. It is just no longer the fastest path.
Cameras yes or no is a quote question, not a default
A doorbell for packages is common on Old Naples, Lake Park, and Coquina Sands stoops because boxes still walk off Fifth Avenue and Crayton Road blocks. Outdoor cameras are extra. Complete+ is the video-ready promotional plan at $74.99/mo*. Some camera quotes leave the $99 install. Some do not. Ask.
Pelican Bay, Grey Oaks, Mediterra, Quail West, and some Moorings and Park Shore boards limit street-facing cameras. Indoor sensors plus ADT 24/7 is still a complete system when the board says no to a camera on the building. A gate at Pelican Bay is not monitoring. A camera rule is not a Collier registration. Those are three different sentences. We will ask all three.
If you only want doors and the lanai slider, say so. If you want nothing facing Gulfshore Boulevard, say so. If you want a camera on a Golden Gate Estates driveway because the house sits empty from May to October, say so. Monitoring still works if you skip video. Video without a center is a hobby you check at lunch from Cleveland.
Same-day or next-day when the SafeStreets calendar is open
Coverage on this site is Greater Naples. SafeStreets professionally installs on a date you hear on the 239 call. We schedule from this line. Same-day or next-day is common when the calendar is open. We do not advertise a rush truck on a banner, and we will not pretend a two-hour window is sitting on U.S. 41 waiting for a form. If your address is in coverage, you will hear an install date. If your address is not in coverage, you will hear that too.
Old Naples 34102, Park Shore 34103, Pelican Bay 34108, Pine Ridge 34109, East Naples 34104 and 34112, Golden Gate 34116, Golden Gate Estates 34117 and 34120, Marco Island 34145, Bonita Springs 34134, Immokalee 34142, and Ave Maria are the kinds of addresses we actually schedule. A specialist will not promise a date for a ZIP we do not cover. We do not mill Everglades City as if it were Fifth Avenue. We do not serve Naples, New York or Naples, Texas. This is Naples, Florida.
If you are trying to get the system live before you fly north in April, before a closing next week, or before the first empty week of May, say the date on the call. We schedule against that date when the calendar is open. We do not pad a three-week wait to sound exclusive. We also do not invent a rush fee to sound urgent. The date you hear is the date.
What the technician does on install day
A technician arrives, walks the house with you, and places sensors on the openings you agreed to. That includes the lanai slider on a Pelican Marsh two-story, the garage walk-through on a Vineyards lot, and the dock-side door on an Aqualane house. If you asked for a doorbell, that is the front stoop. If you asked for an outdoor camera, the technician places it where the quote said — and only where your association actually allows it.
The technician tests the system, connects it to ADT monitoring, and shows you the keypad and the app. You should be able to arm, disarm, and add a spouse, a caretaker, or a neighbor to the call list before the truck leaves. If anything is confusing, say so in the driveway. That is what the walkthrough is for. A leftover builder panel that we reactivated gets the same test. A brand-new panel gets the same test. The test is the product working, not a brochure.
You will get a yard sign and a window sticker if you want them. Those are not monitoring. Monitoring is ADT seeing the signal. Take the walkthrough seriously. The app is how you arm from a jet bridge in Detroit or from a cart path at TwinEagles. If you cannot arm it, say so before the technician pulls away.
What ADT actually does after the truck leaves
When the system is armed and a door opens, ADT can call you. If you do not answer, or if you confirm an emergency, ADT can request help. That is the product. A camera in the ADT app is useful for a porch package on a Coquina Sands stoop. It is not a substitute for a person at a monitoring center. Video without a center is a hobby. Monitoring is the reason this site exists.
The system can still reach ADT if FPL drops in the City of Naples or LCEC drops on Marco Island, in pockets of North Naples, in Immokalee, or in Ave Maria. Cellular backup and battery backup are why people in this metro order professional monitoring before the next Gulf storm, not after the lights go out. Confirm the utility from the ZIP. We still ask the cellular question. We never use another city’s utility name on a Naples quote.
False alarms are a separate problem from monitoring. City of Naples and Collier County both write schedules to cut false trips. A professionally installed system with a real walkthrough is how you avoid training the department to ignore you. Ask the technician to test every sensor. Ask how to cancel an accidental trip from the app. That is part of the order, not a later complaint.
You file the alarm paper; we name the office from the ZIP
We name the office. You file the form. That split is on purpose. Home Security Systems Naples is not Naples Police and is not the Collier County Sheriff. Inside the City of Naples, false-alarm fees follow Sec. 20-34. Unincorporated Collier requires the owner to register with the Sheriff’s False Alarm Bureau. Marco Island and Bonita Springs confirm at their own desks. We will not invent a residential user-permit dollar amount for a city that has not published one, and we will not invent CryWolf for Collier County.
Give the registration information to ADT after you have it so dispatch can happen the way your city expects. If you skip the paper in unincorporated Collier, the second unregistered false alarm is not free. File in the week after install, not “sometime after we get back from Michigan.” Monitoring is separate from the paper. The paper does not watch the lanai at 2 a.m. ADT does.
Neighborhood openings we actually count in Greater Naples
Old Naples and Port Royal (34102): more openings, lanai sliders, leftover keypads from prior owners, packages on the stoop while you are on Fifth Avenue. Photograph the panel. Indoor sensors first. A doorbell is common.
Aqualane Shores and Royal Harbor: dock-side doors people forget to mention, waterfront lots, sliders. Count the dock door. House versus condo still matters on mixed blocks.
Park Shore and The Moorings (34103): condos and houses, association camera rules, leftover hallway panels. Do not pull a condo panel until you know who owns it. Two doors and a lanai is a real job.
Pelican Bay, Bay Colony, Vanderbilt Beach (34108): gated entries that are not monitoring, board camera limits, snowbird empties. Indoor sensors plus ADT 24/7 still work when the board says no camera on the building.
Golden Gate and Golden Gate Estates (34116, 34117, 34120): builder leftovers, garages, lanai cages, longer lots. Photograph the builder panel. Do not assume the option sheet was ADT.
Grey Oaks, Mediterra, Quail West, Pelican Marsh, The Vineyards: HOA camera rules, golf-cart bays, school-day empties toward Collier County Public Schools. Smart+ is popular because people arm from the pickup line.
Marco Island 34145 and Bonita Springs 34134: different city halls, same professionally installed system, same ADT watch. Confirm the office. Do not file a City of Naples form for a Marco house. Do not file Collier Sheriff paper for a Bonita house unless the quote named that desk.
Immokalee and Ave Maria: confirm from ZIP 34142. LCEC is common. Same 239 call. Same four promotional plans. Different paperwork desk.
What we will not do on this call
We will not quote a twelve-camera grid unless you ask. We will not pretend a Pelican Bay gate is monitoring. We will not hand you a City of Naples form for a Golden Gate house. We will not invent an annual City of Naples user-permit dollar amount. We will not invent CryWolf or a $15 fee for this market. We will not take a tenant order on a homeowner promotion. We will not hide the 36-month agreement or the early termination fee. You hear those before the truck is scheduled. We will not take the order on a web form. We will not promise a rush truck on this site. We will not treat a short-term rental calendar as a homeowner promotion.
We will not tell you Naples is unsafe so you will buy. Empty houses, porch theft, leftover keypads, and FPL or LCEC outages are why people actually call. The quote is doors, cameras if you want them, and 24/7 ADT. Occupancy is the product. This is not an architecture tour of an Old Naples cottage or a Port Royal dock. House versus condo, ZIP, cameras yes or no, leftover keypad yes or no. That is the call.
After you hang up: the three things still on you
First, keep the install date. Be home, or have a person with a key there. Walk the house with the technician. Test every opening you paid for, including the lanai slider and the garage. Second, file the paper the quote named — City of Naples false-alarm rules, Collier County Sheriff registration, or the Marco or Bonita desk we named. Third, put a real person on the call list who can get to the house. A spouse. A caretaker. A neighbor. Not a number you never answer on a flight to Detroit.
If you are a snowbird, arm the system when you fly north. Show the caretaker the app. Do not leave a golf cart, a dock, and a dark keypad as the whole plan for May through October. The order is the 239 call. The monitoring is ADT. The install is SafeStreets. Home Security Systems Naples is how you start. Call (239) 439-6005.
