There is a leftover keypad in my Golden Gate resale. Now what?
Photograph it before you pull it off the wall. Many Golden Gate, East Naples, and Lely resales still have a panel. We can often turn ADT back on instead of starting over. Builder leftover keypads are usually not ADT — those get replaced.
Does monitoring work when FPL or LCEC is out?
Yes. The system can still reach ADT if FPL, LCEC, or the Wi-Fi is down. FPL covers most of the City of Naples. LCEC covers Marco Island, North Naples pockets, Immokalee, and Ave Maria. Hurricane Ian in 2022 is why backup is named on the quote — not scare copy.
